Welcome to Rugby Baptist Church!

Our Sunday morning service works to an All-Age worship pattern with a wide range of people participating. Children's and young people's groups meet during the service but we begin and end worship together. We aim to make worship as inclusive as possible, with an all age opening and frequent family services.

The projection system means that we are free to use a wide range of material for worship...and do. You can expect then a mix of 'treasures old and new', a sermon and opportunities for prayer.

On the first Sunday of the month we have a communion service which all who know and love the Lord Jesus Christ are welcome to take part in. If you feel unable to take part in this yet, please feel free to let the bread and wine pass you by.

Young People/Children

The worship leader will announce when it is time for the children /young people to go to their own activities. We have several groups as follows:

  • Creche (0-3): A crèche is available for the duration of the service. It is run by dedicated volunteers and is well equipped. To first find the room please ask a steward to take you there.
  • Minnows (3-5): Meet in the green room. Leave via the door behind the music group and the green room is the second door on the right.
  • Sunday Shoal (5-11): Meets in the blue room which is accessed via the green room as described above.
  • C Life (11+): Meets in the John Lees Hall, the smaller building to the side of the church. Exit through the front door of the church and turn right.

Tea and coffee and squash are served in the John Lees Hall after the service. We hope you will join us there.
