Room Hire
Looking for a room to hire for your group or conference in Rugby? We’d love to be able to help you. From 2 to over 300 people, we have flexible spaces and great resources available for you which can be set up to meet your needs.
Here are our available spaces:
Red Room

A 27 sqm carpeted room. It can hold 20 people, ideal for smaller events and meetings. We can provide table and chairs. You can also hire TV and AV system. The red room has it’s own kitchen facilities and includes drink making facilities.
Blue Room

A 70 sqm room with vinyl floor. It can hold 30 people. We can provide table and chairs. The Blue Room is equipped with display monitor and sound system, which can be connected to your device via HDMI input (suitable cables and connectors will be required). Add on our Green Room as a break out space for your event. The Green Room can only be hired in conjunction with hire of the Blue Room.
Upper Hall

A 80 sqm carpeted room. It can hold 100 people, ideal for larger events and meetings. We can provide rectangular tables and chairs. You can also hire a projector for this room, which can be connected to your device via HDMI input (suitable cables and connectors will be required). The Upper Hall has its own kitchen facilities including oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and hot water urn for provision of your own refreshments.
Church Sanctuary

A 278 sqm carpeted church. It can hold 365 people on church pews, Ideal for larger events, religious services*, weddings and funerals. You can also hire a projector and AV system**, RBC music group, RBC florist, and Organ** within the Church Sanctuary.
*Subject to approval ** RBC personnel are required and subject to availability
John Lees Hall

An 86 sqm vinyl floor room. It can hold 100 people theatre style or approximately 50 people seated at tables. Ideal for larger events. Rectangular tables and chairs can be provided. The hall is equipped with display monitor and sound system, which can be connected to your device via HDMI input (suitable cables and connectors will be required). Also available to hire is the John Lees Hall Kitchen for provision of your own refreshments (see separate entry).
John Lees Hall Kitchen

A fully operational industrial kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and hot water boiler. Ideal for your catered events. RBC can provide catering staff upon request, alternatively hirer may use the facility themselves after completing an induction with RBC.
Parking
Rugby Baptist Church is unable to provide parking for anyone using the church. Parking is available on the street up to 2 hours (payment at machines or via RingGo); free on Sundays. The nearest carpark is located on North Street or at John Barford Multi Storey CV21 2SL. See Rugby Car Parks for details.
